My name is Abby Estes, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Practitioner. My mission is to help awaken self-awareness by restoring flexibility, vitality, and clarity - supporting those with physical aches and pains from long-term stress or injury, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm on their journey to well-being.
As a Kundalini Yoga Teacher I have helped people learn about their bodies for over a decade; yoga is a form of self-massage, and I am passionate about how these two healing modalities work in synergy. I offer one-on-one healing sessions, classes, and workshops throughout the Phoenix, AZ valley.
